Job Description
Customer service providing a bureau de change aspect and worldwide money transfers. Oversea all aspects of general office co-ordination. Maintain office calender to co-ordinate work flow and meetings. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information. Interact with clients, vendors and visitors. Create and modify documents such as invoices, reoprts, memos, letters and financial statements. Set up and co-ordinate meetings and conferences. And various other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills and Experience Required
Must have FX dealing experience and preferably come from a financial background as to understand all FSA regulations and anti-money laundering requirements. Complete computer literacey on all microsoft programmes. Good writing, analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to work on solo projects or on part of a team.
