Job Description

Working in administration you are the lifeblood of the organization, keeping it running behind the scenes. Your main role is to provide administrative support for the office and your department.

Key tasks:

• Filing and retrieving information and documents • Data entry • Typing letters • Managing diaries • Booking travel • Maintaining office equipment • Answering the phone • Looking after visitors • Creating databases • Working alongside the Distribution Executive to fulfill all order delivery • Any other work required

Hours and environment

You'll work 10.00 am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, but you may be required to work any other hours and to travel overseas if the role requires. As the work is mainly computer based, you'll be predominantly based in our Head Office. Some working from home may available on an ad-hoc basis. Please note that this role is only available to those who have an existing right to work in the United Kingdom.

Salary

Upwards of £17,000 per annum, depending upon experience.

You'll need to be a people person as your role involves working with people from all levels throughout the organisation to help them in their daily jobs. You’ll also need to be efficient to make sure you can balance your own workload with all those extra little requests that will come in from around the office throughout your day.
