Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a Receptionist/Administrator within our Middleton Office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and will possess an excellent telephone manner. Daily duties will involve fielding calls to the correct members of staff and general office administration, including writing letters, emails and photocopying. Other duties will include assisting the Accounts Manager in the Weekly Invoicing, which involve checking relevant documents and sending out the invoices to clients, assisting the recruitment officers by writing job advertisements and sending prospective candidates to vacancies and updating candidates CV’s as and when they arrive in the office, data inputting where necessary.
Working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday
