As Customer Accounts Executive within our growing Client Services team, your focus will be to provide the highest level of service to the internal and external customers of TotalJobs Group. Working across a number of our job boards, you will assist a network of regional sales teams and their clients to ensure a positive user experience. The main purpose of this role is to become the primary point of contact between Credit Collections and all Totaljobs Group Sales Teams; monitoring, tracking and working together to resolve all invoice and financial customer account queries.
