This vacancy is initially temporary to cover maternity leave although could become permanent. The vacancy is for a lettings agent, working within a small team dealing with landlords and tenants, collecting rent, accompanying tenants on viewings, banking, general administration and completing inspections.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage and although experience in this role would be beneficial it is not essential as full training will be given in this ever changing role.
