Location - (UK Based / Central UK preferred)
Circa £68k - £75k + Comprehensive benefits package
The Client
Our client is a global player in the manufacture and supply of precision components to the aerospace industry. Continued opportunity within selective European markets has forged an exceptional technical, senior sales opportunity within their aerospace division and capitalise on business opportunities across the aerospace markets.
The Role
• Sales development of solutions and product into existing customers within the aerospace industry. • Pioneer new business opportunities via existing and new customers. • Introduce, develop and secure new customers. • Manage projects from new business enquiry to order completion. • Secure commitment through all areas of the negotiation cycle. • Communicate concisely and effectively with customers and internal divisions alike to aid “seamless” service. • Lead all areas of the sales process from technical requirements, legalities, commercial propositions, through to financial elements. • Develop strong strategic plans to meet and exceed budgets across revenue and profit targets. • Constantly track and measure KPI achievement combining swift reporting with proactive countermeasure plans. • Build a solid customer network, adopting utmost ethics in business practice and ensuring communicative links between the customer and global manufacturing locations.
Skills and Experience Required
The Candidate
• Minimum of 7-10 years proven technical senior sales experience with at least three years working knowledge of the aerospace industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, business or marketing. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
