Greentop is an educational arts charity using circus skills to transform lives and influence positive individual and social change.

We have made changes to our staff structure in order to develop our educational provision, venue management, and the development of Greentop Entertainers as a social enterprise.

Circus Venue Director/ Manager

Salary From £16,000 to to £17,000 pro rata (based on 37.5 hour full time week)

Part Time, 22.5 hours

Our existing venue, a unique Community Circus Centre in a converted church, celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2010. In order to develop the creative and educational use of the space, we are looking for someone with skills in venue management and a commitment to creating and maintaining a safe, creative space for learning and creativity, a solid awareness of the logistics involved including health and safety, and the drive and passion to continue to develop and produce Greentop's in house cabarets and shows.

The main purpose of the role will be:

To manage, promote and develop Greentop's Community Circus Centre venue, and produce the Greentop Cabaret and other in-house events and shows Ensure the venue is a dynamic, safe and inclusive space for professional circus training, shows, performances, education, courses and private hire.
