Greentop is an educational arts charity using circus skills to transform lives and influence positive individual and social change. We are looking for a range of staff, freelancers, volunteers and consultants to join us in our mission to transform lives using circus skills.

We have created some new posts in order to develop our educational provision, venue management, and the development of Greentop Entertainers, our social enterprise trading arm.

Head of Education and Outreach

Salary From £20,000 to to £24,000 pro rata (based on 37.5 hour full time week)

Full Time, 37.5 hrs

Greentop's education activity has grown exponentially in the last 3 years, and our Lottery funded project 'Circus North' will help us develop this further. To carry out this development and manage and support the existing team, we are looking for a

The main purpose of the role will be:

To manage Greentop's Adult, Professional artist, Youth , Community, and Accredited educational programmes To manage a diverse team of staff delivering these programmes Develop new educational activities and diverse income streams to ensure sustainability of the educational provision

To fill this role we are looking for someone with experience of managing staff, managing educational programmes, preferably in circus or the wider performing arts.
