Greentop is an educational arts charity using circus skills to transform lives and influence positive individual and social change. We have secured lottery funding for a 3 year programme 'Circus North, a feasibility grant to begin developing a second circus training centre, and will become an Arts Council National Portfolio organisation in 2012. We are looking for a range of staff, freelancers,volunteers and professionals to join us in our mission to transform lives using circus skills.

We have made some changes to our staff structure and created some new posts in order to develop our educational provision, venue management, and the development of Greentop Entertainers as a social enterprise.

Added to this, we are also seeking tenders to undertake a new building Feasibility Study, new trustees, and additional freelance tutors and performers!

Education Programme Assistant

Salary From £11,564 to to £12,500 pro rata (based on 37.5 hour full time week)

Part Time, 22.5 hours

The main purpose of the role will be to:

Support staff and volunteers in the organisation and running of Greentop's educational programmes. Co-ordinate and improve administrative systems including bookings, recruitment of learners and monitoring Attend circus workshops and youth activities as required to support other staff

To fill this role we are looking for someone with excellent administrative skills, a passion for organising high quality circus skills provision to adults, children and professional artists.
