Marketing Manager
West Midlands – Worcs/Gloucs/Herefordshire Circa £45K + Car/ Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
The Client
Our client is a key manufacturer and supplier of components and parts on a global basis. They are a brand named leading company who boast continual growth, they currently have an exciting position available for a Marketing Manager to join their Management team and influence the full marketing mix across the company.
The Role
You will develop the companies marketing function to both enhance the company presence within the marketplace and the customers desire to purchase. You will identify both purchaser and product potential via analysis, ensuring support and input to the sales function, whilst also producing promotional materials as necessary.
Key Duties
• Product value adding marketing input to support the sales function and generate leads • Provide the marketing department with a specification for the marketing analysis required • Ensure the Marketing department provides the sales function with sales pitch data and promotional materials. • Analysis of data via historical trends, geographical opportunities, SWOT analysis, NBA analysis and GAP analysis, competitor pricing activities etc. • Support a positive company image through advertising, promotions and PR campaigns • You will be required to deliver sales/service concepts/projects • Trade show promotional activity, point of sales merchandising and budgets and negotiations of sponsorship deals. • Stock re-profiling and new customer / product range offers.
Skills and Experience Required
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years working within a Marketing Management position and will hold the relevant qualifications. They will be analytical, have excellent management skills, whilst also having a creative flair and the ability to identify and develop opportunities.
You will have good communication and presentation skills and have the ability to develop first class relationships with suppliers, customers and your fellow colleagues.
