Position Title: Electrical System Engineer Department: Hybrid Rate per hour £30 (Limited Company) Contract Duration: 6 months Location: Warwickshire ( commutable from Coventry, Solihull, Leamington, Warwick, Banbury, Oxford, Rugby, Daventry, Stratford areas)
Position Description: Inverter and DCDC Converter component Engineer Working as part of the Hybrid Electrical Components team the chosen candidate will be responsible for: Developing Inverter and DCDC Converter towards GPDS gateway and beyond. Capture requirements and Design Verification Plan in requirements capture tool eFDVS and cascade to other teams. Receive and classify eFDVS requirements. Carry out Design Verification Tests.
Skills and Experience Required
Skills Required: Must be able to demonstrate the ability to lead the resolution of technical and process issues within a Project Team environment. Experience in robust component engineering development essential. Experience in component design verification testing.
Skills Preferred: Strong communication skills. Strong organisational skills. A high level of diligence and personal integrity. Ability to work within a team. Sound judgement.
Experience Required: Electronic component development experience. Experience Preferred: eFDVS, FPDS experience.
Education Required: Degree level qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic engineering or closely related subject.
