Job Description
The Role: As Recruitment Advisor you will manage end to end recruitment, be responsible for the successful sourcing and ensure the swift and professional hiring of employees in line with company policies and best practice.
Main Duties/Responsibilities Act as first point of contact for candidate enquired Write recruitment advertisements Place recruitment ads internally and externally with agencies, press, job centres Liaise with the company’s advertising agency Manage responses from recruitment advertising Manage day to day contact with recruitment agencies Assist with and carry out interviews in conjunction with hiring manager Liaise with hiring managers to ensure that all candidates that are put forward are suitable Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates from interviews undertaken Send out regret letters as required Carry out reference checking Produce offer letters Work with the Group HR Director to reduce recruitment costs Regularly review agency rates to ensure the company receives the most competitive service possible Always ensure that an Authority to Recruit Form has been signed off for each job Challenge & make recommendations on current recruitment practises to facilitate performance improvement Assist the Group HR Director with the development of recruitment policies and procedures Deal with telephone, electronic and written enquires Raise purchase orders Book interviews with candidates and arrange interviews with recruiting line manager Keep accurate records for applicants from agencies, job centre and direct resourcing
Skills and Experience Required
Proven experience in recruitment process and methodologies
Previous experience of recruiting for Administration, call centre and middle management
Good communication skills, organised and IT Literate
