Job Description

Location: Edinburgh City Centre Type: Temporary Contract Position (Permanent contracts will be available for top performers) Salary: £15,500 – 17,500 (Overtime available at peak times) Start Date: Available between July and November

Working with one of the most well-known global online brands, our client is offering a dynamic multi-cultural environment, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced industry. You will deal with customers across Germany, providing the highest levels of customer service by phone and email. (This purely a customer support position - no sales involved.) This is an exciting start up Greenfield site where fantastic opportunities exist for fast promotion.

Responsibilities

• Providing telephone and email support to customers, you will have a passion for providing the highest levels of client service • Responding to customer contacts in a timely and accurate manner in line with company service levels • Working to team and individual goals for response times, resolution of problems and call volumes always aiming for the highest standard of Customer Service • Interacting with other departments to solve issues • Dealing with complaints in relation to incorrect or late orders, damaged goods • Reporting to your Team Manager you will strive to meet your objectives

Skills and Experience Required

Requirements • Previous Call Centre or Customer Service experience preferred (4 weeks of training provided) • Adaptable and flexible approach • Ability to work on own your own initiative • Mature outlook and effective problem solving skills • Team Player with the ability to learn fast • Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and databases • Strong communication skills with a good telephone manner • Customer Focused approach and excellent inter-personal skills • Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken
