Sous chef required to join highly regarded gastro pub just outside Bath. Experienced in all areas or the kitchen and highly motivated. Required to work alone and as part of a small team. Responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen in the Head chefs absence.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our small brigade, someone who will relish the challenge of helping create high quality menus using seasonal and local produce,we have a fully functioning kitchen garden and raise our own livestock,pigs,chickens,ducks and sheep and work closely with our suppliers to maintain our very high standards.

This is a live in position if required and a rewarding job for the right person.
