Chef De Partie - Gastro Pub - Bucks - £18,000

ACCOMMODATION ONLY £25 PER WEEK

Our stunning property is situated in the heart of Buckinghamshire. Our establishment is classed as a 5* Coaching inn and has won many awards for the fantastic food that is served as well as the immaculate level of service provided. Our establishment has recently been subject to a multi million pound refurbishments and now boasts a modern kitchen & dining room. 

Our brigade consists of 8 chefs at present but we are currently looking to expand to 9/10 chefs. We have a executive head chef and head chef who have Michelin * background having worked with and for Marco Pierre White. Our establishment is just one of an award winning group. Within the group we have a diverse portfolio of establishments from small gastro pubs to four star luxury hotels. Every establishment has one major thing in common "the passion to create mouth watering food daily".

We are currently looking for a strong Chef De Partie to join our successful team. The ideal Chef De Partie will be passionate, well educated and experienced working in AA restaurant or 4/5* Hotels. Within our kitchen we have all the latest equipment to make your job easier as well as a friendly team who will help you develop your culinary skills.

We are currently open 7 days per week of which you will work 7 shifts over 5 days. We provide accommodation at only £25 per week.
