Chef de Partie – Bucks – 4* Hotel - £18500 (SL7 SEY)
Our client is a four starred luxury hotel located on the heart of Buckinghamshire, within forty minutes reach to Central London London. Our hotel offers a spectacular dining choice between a renowned 2aa brasserie and award winning Michelin starred restaurant which has been nominated in the top 13 in the UK. The hotel is very jazzy, modern and is an excellent atmosphere to work in. The restaurant serves a mixture between modern European and hearty traditional British. They serve on average between 25/60 on a service and can perform functions up to 300.
At present, they have an opening for a mature, passionate and competent Chef de Partie for their iconic brasserie. The brasserie head chef has worked in some of the UK's top hotels/restaurants and is a strong believer of making everything from scratch and solid team work. They have a brigade of eight chefs and are looking to expand the team to ten as summer is only around the corner.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have completed their NVQ Levels 1 or 2 in Food Preparation & Cooking. Experience running more than one section within a rosetted restaurant or large hotel would be beneficial. Most importantly chef is looking for someone who is passionate, professional, a good team player and not afraid of a challenge.
The position of Chef de Partie is for a prompt start, so the interviewing process will commence immediately. Accommodation is available upon demand.
