Assistant Restaurant Manager
Position Description
As assistant restaurant manager you will Report to the Restaurant Manager, you will have the responsibility for running shifts in our Restaurant, (open breakfast, lunch and dinner). You will not only ensure that the restaurant consistently operates to a 2 AA Rosette standard, but endeavours to make every meal an occasion for its guests. You will motivate and manage a team of staff to ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures are followed. You will have responsibility for recruiting and training staff and play an important role in the achievement of sales and the control of payroll.
Required Experience
You will have a quality background in restaurants and a proven track record of consistently delivering the highest standards of service. A strong leader and exemplary role model, with hands on approach, you will delivering high standards of service and have a genuine passion for food, wine and people.
