Our fine dining restaurant is currently on the look for a Demi/Chef De Partie Pastry to run the section for the restaurant under the guidance of our executive chef.

The restaurant serves modern European cuisine and can do anywhere between 20/50 covers per service. The successful Demi Pastry Chef will have an input on menu planning and stock ordering so you will need experience working within a similar establishment. Within the kitchen you will have your own section and all the equipment you will need to make your job as easy as possible.
