Due to our continuing growth we currently have the opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Eastbourne, East Sussex.

A full time position available, must have a minium of 4 years experience and worked previously in a rosette award winning restaurant.

We are looking for a Sous Chef who can

- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and service at all times

- Control stock, purchasing, portion control and GP margins

- Motivate and develop existing staff

- Display good hygiene awareness and knowledge

- Work under pressure and high volume

- Communicate clearly to the team
