Chef De Partie – Gastro Pub – Gloucester - £16,500

Our four * hotel is one of the oldest country house hotels in Gloucestershire, yet offers every comfort you could ask for. Our property is located in the countryside but has good access to local bus and train stallions. We have a coffee shop, renowned gastro pub, an al la carte restaurant which only uses the very best fresh local produce as well as a large conference rooms which is in use all year round.

We are currently looking for a strong chef de partie to join our team of six experienced chefs. The kitchen is spacious and modern which was designed to make your job easier!!. We also have a sister property which boasts three rosettes and has done so for the past four years, so if your looking to progress there is an excellent chance to do so within our award winning hotels.

The successful chef de partie will have a solid background in an award winning hotel or restaurant. This could be an ideal position for a talented demi chef de partie looking for the first position as a chef de partie or someone looking to work in a higher standard and progress within a award winning company. We can also offer accommodation starting at only £40 per week which includes all your meals whilst on duty and uniform.

The chef de partie position is available for an immediate start and the interview  process will be commencing promptly.
