Our 4* country house hotel which boasts a 3AA fine dining restaurant are currently looking for a strong Demi Chef De Partie Pastry to join their award wining brigade. The successful candidate will be producing pastries & deserts for the 3AA fine dining restaurant, 2AA Brasserie and for room service etc...

Because we are cooking at such a high level its important that the right candidates will be self motivated, passionate and experienced in similar hotels or restaurants. We have all the latest equipment and a spacious kitchen to make your job as easy and enjoyable as possible.

We currently have 4 pastry chefs in the team and are looking to expand to 6 in total. We can offer you a competitive salary of £16k per annum with a great chance to progress within our company. If you need accommodation we also have rooms available at a stones throw from the hotel.
