37.5 Hours per week, latest working time being 7pm.

Candidates MUST:
- have previous experience as a head chef - Computer literate - have strong leadership skills - Hold NVQ level 1 or 2 - Hold Intermediate/Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate Achieved - Have good Knowledge of HACCP - Be able to provide references from previous employers
