Job Description
We are looking for an experienced cocktail person to work in our extremely busy fast paced bar in Haywards Heath with a new cocktail menu coming soon we require someone who has good knowledge of cocktails and is outgoing. You will be working fridays, saturdays and the occasional week-day shift. Good rates of pay for the right person.
Skills and Experience Required
At least two years experience in a cocktail bar/restaurant and being able to flair would be an advantage. Good knowledge of spirits and Mixology. Lively and outgoing.
