We are looking for a General Manager at the top of their game, with a love of style, food, music, service, cocktails, champagnes, wine and everything to do with the bar, restaurant & nightclub scene. The Ideal candidate must have proven track record as a General Manager within multi faceted venue as well as being a huge personality with outstanding leadership qualities and communication skills. The role requires the candidate to be passionate about service standards & product presentation, whilst being able to generate promotions and marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability in the venue as a whole. We are looking for an excellent people manager and motivator, an individual who is passionate about continuous improvement and someone who can influence equally effective upwards as well as through their team members.
