CDP Pastry- Luton- 5* Luxury Hotel- £18,000

Our client is a 5* Luxury Hotel located in Luton.  This hotel is part of an exclusive group of luxury hotels which are all located in the South of England. Our hotel has numerous fantastic facilities such as a golf course, a  beauty spa and conference and banqueting facilities. 

Currently our Head Chef is looking for a enthusiastic Chef de Partie Pastry to join the brigade in our  signature restaurant and Brasserie. Our award winning, contemporary restaurant is extremely popular, serving locally sourced, fresh produce throughout our menu. Our fine dinning restaurant can seat between 20 and 60 covers at one time, whereas our brasserie can seat between 40 to 80 covers in one serving. Our Hotel's kitchen brigade has a total of 40 professional chefs who are all passionate and experienced in working under pressure.  

The successful Chef de Partie Pastry will be able to work well under pressure maintaining the high standards which the restaurant has attained. You will be required to have previous experience within a similar award winning restaurant or hotel. As Chef de Partie Pastry you will be a passionate brigade member who is more than capable to independently run your allocated section. The ideal Chef de Party Pastry will have completed their NVQ level 1 or 2 pastry and confectionery . Most importantly our Head Chef is looking for someone who is passionate, professional and eager to take on new challenges.
