Demi PASTRY Chef with PASSION Needed! Are you a Demi Pastry chef looking for a new role? We are a small, independent fine dining restaurant that has won multiple awards and recommendations for our stunning food. We are offering you the chance to: • Train under our Michelin trained Head Chef • Input into menu designs • Be as creative as you can be! • Design your own puds and deserts • Use state of the art techniques and equipment • Freedom to experiment and develop your skills • Training in all aspects of cooking including butchery

In return you will be loyal, hardworking and absolutely passionate about cooking. All we ask is that you are a Pastry chef with at least 2-3years experience full of ideas with a real passion for pastry. You will be very creative and desperate to join a restaurant that allows you to be as creative as you can!

We are offering the chance to genuinely grow and expand your knowledge in return for your passion and commitment. We offer a set 2 days off a week plus a generous tips and holiday package. This role does not have live in accommodation but help is provided to find appropriate lodgings in the town.
