Full or part time considered. Salary to be discussed. Required, a dedicated, experienced chef to work for an Italian restaurant based in Potters Bar. approx 40 covers. Working alongside the Chef - the job will include all aspects of running a kitchen including food preparation, cooking all dishes from our varied extensive menu including pizza, pasta, seafood, meat and fish. Responsible for maintaining a clean hygienic working area at all times. We are a small team so everyone is expected to muck in. We are looking for someone who can delivery quality food in a busy environment and work well under pressure. Full menu training will be given but experience of working for a similar type of establishment would be beneficial. You must be able to travel easily to Potters Bar so own transport preferable, as public transport at night is limited and you will finish late some evenings.
