A couple with a proven track record of managing pubs together, with at least one of you being a chef outstanding drive and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry that you can cascade to others The ability to both build trade and encourage repeat trade Great marketing skills Have a good P&L knowledge coupled with financial and budgeting skills. you must both be eligible to live and work in the U.K If you are ready to put your heart and soul in to a new venture, then we are ready to meet you
