You shall oversee all activities within the home and make sure the quality of the service and care provided meets the National Minimum Standards for the home. Necessary skills and qualifications:

NVQ 4 (caring for young people) NVQ Level 4 management or NVQ 4 Care RMA Level 2 safeguarding 2 years a a senior residential childcare worker 2 years expewrience supervising staff
