As part of their ongoing strategic growth into the major civils sector, our client, a 2000 employee+ multinational infrastructure maintenance firm requires a highly experienced senior manager to oversee the growth and development of the firm’s activities in the major civil engineering projects market. The successful applicant will be willing to operate on a national (and occasionally international) basis and must be able to demonstrate through practical example where he/she has overseen the day to day running of civil engineering business units turning over in excess of £100Mpa. Crucially, you will have a proven track record of developing sound business leads and managing teams from initial bid stage through to final project handover. A very high level of business leadership skills, coupled with sound commercial and contractual skills is key to the success of this role. A degree or diploma in civil engineering would be considered highly advantageous. Applicants will ideally have a diverse civil engineering background
