Must be fully conversant and experienced in the use of PC-DMIS. A keen eye for detail and the ability to read from drawings a must. You will report directly to the Quality Manager but be the ‘stand alone’ Quality Representative for a specific area within the organisation. This will mean that you will be responsible for all quality matters including inspection and talking to Customers. The ideal candidate will have the following: • Extensive experience of programming CMM’s using PC-DMIS software. • Previous experience of inspecting complex castings, using CMMs. • Ideally have a background of working with the foundry, motorsport or automotive industry. • Experience of preparing inspection documentation to present to customers. • Good working knowledge of quality improvement tools. • Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
