Job Description
The ideal candidate will work as part of a team and be responsable for delivering a high level of customer service by ensuring support is delivered in accordance with the Customer's requirements. The duties will include Processing quotations, orders and all enquiries in a timely manner. Liaising with freight forwarders, warehouses and customers to ensure orders are delivered promptly and in the most cost effective way. Completion of customer reports in order to monitor shipd consumptons on a monthly basis. Build good relationships with all customers. Problem solving - handling problems from start to finish ensuring the customer is kept up to date at all times.
Skills and Experience Required
Previous logistical experience. Have good organizational skills and be customer focused. Be able to prioritize your work load. Have strong communication skills, particularly a confident telephone manner. Attention to detail. Computer literate - microsoft office and SAGE 200 Able to anticipate and provide support and innovation to our customers. Must be pro-active and spot opportunities to improve current processes.
