Job Description
Bluehat UK has just had its most successful year in its 10 year history. We are expanding our team of event consultants to capitalise on our success and increase our capacity to service our increasing client base.
Bluehat requires a new consultant support to assist the growing team of event consultants predominantly with their admin, to allow them to maximise their time dealing with existing and new client requests.
The incumbent will work as part of the solutions team led by the Commercial Director Ben Parkinson. This team will focus specifically on closing business and developing relationships to drive further sales.
The role holder will have experience of an office environment. They will be well organised and happy to work as part of a small team and will work alongside our event consultants and project managers and liaise with new and existing clients. They will take pride in completing important tasks with great attention to detail, enjoy talking to people, and have excellent customer service skills. A fun and professional outlook is essential.
Job Description
Title: Consultant Support
Responsible to: Commercial Director
Main Purpose of Role
• To provide administration support to the event consultants and commercial director • Maintaining the highest levels of service to both internal and external customers • Writing Client and Supplier Booking Contracts • Assisting with marketing campaigns • To assist with venue & supplier research • Diary management • Phone answering and other office related responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities
• IT literate (word, xl, ppt essential, Sage and Goldmine a bonus) • Great time management skills • Attention to detail • Process orientated • Able to work to deadlines • Friendly and professional telephone manner • Flexible to changing work demands
Skills and Experience Required
Person Specification
The role holder will be required to be well organised in working with a number of internal and external clients, handling a number of requests at the same time.
The role holder will be creative, outgoing and happy to work as part of a small team.
You will enjoy talking to people, and will have excellent customer service skills.
A lively personality and professional outlook is essential as is a willingness to learn and a desire to succeed.
