The job entails managing an 5 acre nursery in the North West producing bedding plants for major retail customers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to plan and manage varying staffing levels to meet a changing workload. Previous experience of running production lines is preferable. The successful applicant will be required to oversee all areas of the production process from planting through to despatch.
