Due to recent changes the John Godber Centre is now recruiting for a new Duty Manager post to join our developing team during this exciting period of change for the Centre.

Salary: £13,500 pa (pro-rata) (24 hrs - 3 x 8 hour shifts) The shift pattern can be negotiable to suit the right candidate’s circumstances but will need to include some evening and weekend work.

Reporting to the Manager and Community Groups Facilitator you would be responsible for the smooth day to day operation of the Centre, ensuring high standards of service are maintained and that our customers enjoy their time with us. You will be part of a team of 3 duty managers and actively supervise and co-ordinate the operation of the building including administrative duties, setting rooms and bar service.
