Business Developer Vacancy Leeds
Recruitment agency Pathway Resourcing are looking for a Business Developer to aid successful expansion of their Leeds division.

Objective:
To be the ‘face’ of Pathway representing the services, capabilities and the values of our Company to maximise the volume and quality of business opportunities.
To provide a “Precise response” to our clients' requirements.
The role:
Business Development:
· Maintaining sales targets
· Attending client meetings to develop client relationships
· Maximising our potential business with existing clients
· Sell and confirm ‘exclusive’ arrangements
· Implement service level agreements with clients
· Identifying strategies to win target clients
· Identify and develop relationships with the clients’ full decision making unit.
· Issue resolution
· Manage effective corporate entertainment
· Assist in teaching consultants in the act of conducting productive client meetings
· Become an expert on pathways service offering
Responsibility:
· Working with Managers to drive the business forward creating opportunities for increasing sales revenue and ensuring long term relationships with clients are built, facilitating on going business.
Measures:
· Increased revenue from activities
· New job vacancies brought into the business
· Meetings – frequency, quality and result
· Signed Service Level agreements
· Database expansion
Person specification:
· Sales experience – End to end delivery
· Proven networking/lead generation ability
· Ability to identify business opportunities
· Excellent communication skills
· Passion
· Confidence
· Strive to be the best in your field
· Professionalism and creativity
This is a highly client facing role and is not just about sales ability, it is about diplomacy, lateral thinking, good communication and being able to influence people of all levels effectively.
The opportunity:
Fortune
Salary - basic circa £20-25k (depending on experience), plus bonuses/commission 1st year OTE - £50,000 and company car.
