Trainee Recruitment Consultant Vacancies
The Leeds and London divisions of Pathway are looking for Trainee IT Recruitment Consultants to aid successful expansion of the business.
This is an exciting time to join Pathway as our plans to expand our regional offices mean that increasingly stimulating opportunities are being made available both within the UK and mainland Europe.
This is an opportunity to become part of the highly successful teams already established within Pathway.
One week's extensive training starts the in depth 6 month training plan, which is provided for all trainees to ensure full and complete capability is maximised as successfully and as early as possible. The group’s own training plan is one of the best in the industry, providing trainees with an incomparable foundation to begin their role.
The role of a recruitment consultant is a professional sales role that emphasises the ability to communicate and build lasting business relationships. The position is a direct sales role including face-to-face communication, as well as telesales.
All promotion within the group and Pathway is meritocratic, presenting everyone with the same opportunity and ensuring that all promotion is internal. Even our Directors began as Trainees.
As well as offering a fast track career and clear, self-generated progression, we offer generous basic salary and an uncapped commission scheme, allowing consultants complete control over their earnings.
We can realistically suggest over £40,000 OTE’s in your first year, £60k+ in your second and £100k+ in your third. The sky is your limit and within the group, we have had a handful of consultants reaching £100k in their first year.
On par with the financial rewards Pathway also commission an extraordinary incentive scheme, which includes company holidays in the sun and snow, Achievers Lunches, Social Nights out and company car targets, which could be your own budget for a car of your choice.
