Lead Generation East Sussex

A successful and expanding sales company in Brighton and Hove East Sussex is looking to recruit full-time and part-time Agents to generate Sales Leads. The sales room is a dynamic company employing and training superior sales people, with a professional ethos at the core of its existence. No cold calling will be involved.

Basic salary: £ 14,000 - £ 15,000 with OTE: £20,000

The job holder will be responsible for Lead Generation and this includes:-

· Effectively interacting and communicating with customers
· Enjoy extracting relevant information from customers
· To manage a sales pipeline to ensure a consistent stream of sales to the Sales Advisors
· The ability to develop new sales opportunities
· Great telephone manner
· Good customer service skills
· Computer literate
· Thrive to hit targets on a daily basis

The shift pattern for full-time members of staff will be:
Monday – Wednesday – 12:30 – 20:30
