Management Performance Ltd are offering a Sales Administrator job in Pangbourne, Berkshire, UK.
Temporary to Permanent
Closing date 8th March 2007
This role will suit a business graduate looking to work in a sales and marketing environment or someone with previous experience in sales administration or sales and marketing.
Attitude and ability is equally as important as experience. We are looking for a positive, pro-active individual, capable of multitasking and managing their own workload with minimal intervention.
The Sales Administrator is a pivotal role within the Sales and Marketing department.
They are responsible for:
- the design and preparation of client proposals, presentations and marketing materials.
- sales support.
- general administration routines.
We are looking for excellent oral and written communication skills; applicants must be confident and articulate on the telephone as there is a high level of client contact.
We require the following skills:
- Advanced level Microsoft Word; mail merging, formatting documents, file conversion to PDF.
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel; producing tables and graphs, formulas, pivot and look up tables.
- Advanced level Microsoft publisher; ability to format documents, produce front cover designs, brochure reformatting.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Outlook; calendar / diary management, tasks, lists.
