Service Innovation Group are one of the UK's leading field marketing companies. We have an in-house recruitment department and we recruit for a wide range of blue-chip clients on an ongoing basis. Our clients outsource large parts of their field operations to us and we have an urgent need to recruit a large number of Direct Sales Advisors nationwide.

Applicants need to have their own car and be legally entitled to work in the UK.

I am looking for venue and door 2 door Sales Advisors who will be part of a nationwide sales force. Door to door Sales Advisors will be visiting domestic customers, cold calling on householders to promote and sell the products and services of a leading digital television provider.

Venue Sales Advisors will be working in venues such as shopping centres manning a branded promotional stand, working in a team of two promoting and selling the products and services of a leading digital television provider to the public.

Direct face to face sales experience is essential. Self motivation and excellent communication skills are also required.

We pay a basic salary of £11k + commission. There is no upper limit on the commission and people can earn a realistic OTE of £40k.

Floor Manager Vacancy London

We are currently looking for a talented member of staff to fill the Floor Manager position for Chinalife® based in Camden Town.

The Person:

Ideal candidates should have minimum two years’ experience in a management role, preferably in a retail sector. You must be excellent at customer service and communication; good at problem solving and coordinating efficiently with top management with proposed ideas and solutions; be able to make decisions and take responsibility within your role. You are able to propose marketing campaigns and promotional projects and implement them with close cooperation from other departments, so you need to be a very good team worker. In return, you will get excellent career development potential towards a higher level and company benefits.

The Role:

You are responsible for the day-to-day management of the shop floor in accordance with overall company policy. Your main focus is to improve the commercial performance by increasing its turnover and maximising profitability.

Major responsibilities:
Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits;
Dealing with staffing issues: conducting appraisals and performance reviews; providing training as necessary or propose training and development plans to top management.
Monitoring standards for customer service and health and safety are met;
Responding to customer complaints and comments;
Organising special promotions, displays and events;
Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues;
Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues;
Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring what competitors are doing;
