• All our services offer a satisfaction guarantee - we will endeavour to amend any documents emailed to you until you are happy with a final version (within what we consider to be reasonable limits). Your statutory rights are not affected.
• Payment for any CV, covering letter, personal statement or job application service must be received before you are sent a first draft of any document by email.
• Numerous factors can affect the success of a job application. Therefore, we are in no way responsible for the success of your job application or interview. No refund is payable, whether or not you are offered the desired position.
• While we endevour to check the accuracy of documents sent to you, it is ultimately your responsibility to check all aspects of any document sent as part of a job application following our assistance. We are not responsible for any loss or perceived loss resulting from errors in documents sent to you as part of our services.
• If issues of quality or suitability of our work were to be in question, refunds would only be offered at our discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• Any agreement to use our services and / or interaction with us in working on a CV or job application made via email from your email address will act as a formal agreement to use and pay for such services.
• You may request a formal deadline for completion of our services. This will be agreed by us by email. If we were to fail to meet this deadline, we would complete the requested work and issue a full refund by cheque within 5 working days.
