Restaurant Manager Hampshire
Based in the New Forest in Hampshire, a three star Georgian Hotel require a Restaurant Manager to join their team in January 2007. They offer a friendly service, comfortable accommodation, indoor leisure with a pool, mini gym and sauna. Family holidays, corporate functions, conferences, weddings are part of the service.
The hotel has two restaurants - one an elegant Georgian establishment serving breakfast and dinner and the adjoining bar provides pre-dinner drinks. The second restaurant again serves breakfast and dinner based on a fine dining menu.
The candidate must have:
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. An organised and efficient manner.
3. Good IT skills.
4. Previous restaurant management experience.
5. Excellent supervisory skills.
6. Preferably, catering qualifications - an advantage.
This position will involve working split shifts, so your own transport would be advantageous.
A generous salary will be offered to the right candidate, depending on experience.
