Customer Service Advisor Northampton
Dataforce Cortex are offering a customer service advisor job vacancy at their Moulton Park contact centre in Northampton in the county of Northamptonshire, England, UK.

Due to new business wins and growth within our existing client base, we have exciting opportunities for customer service advisors who can help us to take our business to success in 2007 and beyond.
Main duties and responsibilities of the roles include:
< First point of contact for our clients customers and prospective customers.
< Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails text chat, web response and postal correspondence.
< Delivering a high level of customer service and positively representing our clients brand values even in the face of adversity.
< Assessing customer and prospective customer needs and requirements, always offering the most appropriate solution available.
< Flexible and confident communication style with a customer service orientation.
< Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to and any issues highlighted in a timely manner.
< Confident enough to challenge the status quo in a positive, constructive manner.
< Ability to multi task and take on varied tasks as and when required.
< Setting and maintaining high standards within the Contact Centre.
< Managing any ad-hoc queries in a positive and proactive manner.
< Ability to work to pre-determined targets, goals and deadlines around productivity and quality of work.
Applicants for positions will be self-motivated, enthusiastic individuals with outstanding customer service skills. The ability work in a team-based environment is essential. The successful candidates will be strong communicators with excellent PC skills and a strong work ethic. Strong communication skills and previous customer service employment would be a distinct advantage.
Full training will be given but a passion for the products or services offered is crucial, as is the ability to identify with the needs of our clients. This role reports to the contact centre Team Leader.
Pay rate: £6.67 per hour
Duration: 5 month fixed term contracts
Hours: Monday – Sunday, 8am – 8pm (Various shift patterns available)
