The Role:
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with Practice Heads to ensure that recruitement initiatives reflect their growth strategy. Facilitate the recruitment process and research market conditions and market trends to effectively source the best candidates. Establish excellent relationships with key suppliers, ensuring that they offer cost effective services and remain innovative and motivated.
The Person:
Experience of recruiting within Professional Services firms on a pan European basis or as a successful external supplier.Trained researcher with the ability to innovatively identify and source the best candidates within a dynamic and highly competitive environment. Graduate calibre with strong organisational skills and the credibility to communicate, advise and present at the highest level.
