Internal Sales Person – Manufacturing / Engineering

Our Coventry based client is seeking to appoint a sales person for the Accessories Division. The primary objectives of this role will be to promote the sales of Power Transmission and Hydraulic products into maintenance and distributor accounts.

You will ideally have an engineering background, a full understanding of technical terminology and be both be confident and creative. A committed team member involved at every stage of the sales process, you will be responsible for prioritising your own workload with the ability to handle customer complaints smoothly and effectively.

Previous telephone sales experience would be advantageous, however we require someone who has initiative and the ability to look for and act upon sales opportunities, excellent communication skills and organised, as well as being IT literate.

The package includes:
£25k-27k 39 hours per week OTE, Pension and 33 days holiday per year.

Job Title: Travel Consultant

- selling holiday and travel products to customers;
- meeting sales targets as set out by the travel agency manager;
- dealing with complicated customer itineraries;
- handling customer orders and payments;
- liaising with tour operators and other key partners such as hotels and airlines regarding bookings and schedules;
- undertaking general administration;
- advising clients about passports, vaccinations, visas, foreign currency, travel insurance, car parking, car hire abroad and excursions in resorts;
- dealing with complaints;
- using and updating IT skills, since information on holiday packages and bookings is usually accessed via a network;
- Organising displays of promotional material.
- Dealing with enquiries not related to travel
- Special knowledge of airlines tariff/ booking / reservation systems
- Expertise in Galileo & Amadeus booking system is a must.
- 3 Years minimum travel industry experience
- Proficiency in Urdu and English is a Must
- Starting salary £20,000 p/a + Bonuses
